Decision on Continuation of  the Activities of the Republic of Serbia in the Defense of the Sovereignty
and Territorial Integrity of the Republic of Serbia

After the advisory opinion of the International Court of Justice dated 22 July 2010 which stated that the unilateral declaration of independence of Kosovo is not contrary to international law, the National Assembly adopted the Decision on Continuation of Activities of the Republic of Serbia in the Defense of Sovereignty and Territorial Integrity of the Republic of Serbia.
